HALL GROAT II's BIOGRAPHY NOTED BELOW
In 2006 Hall Groat II became involved with the International contemporary art movement called "Painting A Day" which originated in the United States. The movement was founded by naturalist painter, Duane Keiser, from Richmond, Virginia, and emerged throughout the world in 2004 through the confluence of various cutting-edge cyber elements, including popular auction sites, blogs, youtube and message boards through Google Groups. The movement is completely genuine and sustained by artists, and is not dictated or influenced by the inner workings of traditional institutions such as museums, galleries, curators, critics, art publications, and corporations, which historically, at times, have had disingenuous motives that were not necessarily concerned with art.
